Every PromptTee order is printed on demand and shipped directly to your door. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and our returns policy.
Production time
Because every item is made just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. We use Printful as our print-on-demand fulfilment partner — they handle printing and dispatch from their UK facility whenever possible.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
🇬🇧 UK delivery
3–5 business days
After production (2–5 days), UK orders typically arrive in 3–5 additional business days — so your total wait is usually around 5–10 business days from order to doorstep.
🌍 International delivery
5–10 business days
After production (2–5 days), international orders typically arrive in 5–10 additional business days depending on the destination. Customs or import delays may occasionally extend this.
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Returns & damaged items
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or a wrong size — this is standard practice for print-on-demand. Please double-check your size and review your design carefully before placing your order.
We do cover the following:
- ✓Damaged or defective items — if your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
- ✓Misprints or manufacturing errors — if the printed design doesn't match what you ordered, we'll reprint and reship it free of charge.
- ✓Lost in transit — if your order goes missing, we'll replace it with no hassle.
To report a problem, email us at team@prompt-tee.madethis.app within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll get it sorted straight away.
